There are separate return/exchange policies in place for Holiday items (Halloween, Christmas). Please see the respective FAQ’s below.

How do I return an item?

Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are not satisfied
with a purchase, please return it to us within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or credit.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging with all tags, parts and accessories. Refunded items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional shipping fees apply for exchanges.

The following items are never returnable:

  • Underwear - panties, thongs, g-strings.
  • Hosiery - stockings, pantyhoses, tights, thigh highs, socks.
  • Wigs and wig accessories.
  • Pasties.
  • Lingerie

Return Instructions

Please contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and return and/or exchange instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Do not send any additional payment, such as a check, to cover a price difference for an exchange. Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.

Refund Process and Timeframe processes all returns within 21 business days of receiving the returned items to our warehouse. The refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 30 business days for the credit transaction to appear on your statement.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The only exception, if you receive a wrong or defective item.

Please note that all unauthorized returns will be refused.
All unclaimed packages might result in a 25% restocking fee plus freight costs incurred.

Halloween Return Policy

All costume and accessory purchases made between September 1st and October 23rd can be returned for store credit only. 15% restocking fee may apply.

  • Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case that there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package.
  • Please immediately try on the main portion of your costume to ensure it fits properly. Please do not try on any panties, stockings or accessories until you know the costume fits properly.
  • In the event that your costume does not meet your needs, without delay, go to our website and click on the Customer Service Link or the Return Policy Link on the very bottom of the web page. Please follow the Return Policy directions. The required paper work must be enclosed in your return package for the items to be accepted. This is an online process.
  • Due to heavy volumes at Halloween, returned costumes can take up to 21 business days to process. Your Store Credit will not be available until your return is processed. Store Credit can be applied to any product we offer. Store Credit cannot be applied to an existing order. Store Credit must be used at the time of purchase.

All costume and accessory purchases made between October 24th and October 31st can not be returned.

Christmas Return Policy

Returns of Christmas themed items purchased between November 21st and December 31st (of each year) are eligible for store credit only. The items must be in their original unworn condition with original packaging. 15% restocking fee may apply.
